The attendance page in the LiteLog portal is the central area for monitoring current attendance
and evaluating past data. All important information—from live status to detailed event lists—
is clearly accessible via tabs.
1. Overview when opening the attendance page
At the top of the page, you will find two key info boxes:
- Present: shows the number of people currently checked in.

Last Person (Absent/Present): shows who last checked in or out.
Additionally, you will find a link to the Gatekeeper View , which allows real-time monitoring of check-ins.
Below the info boxes, additional controls are available:
- Tab navigation for the four views
- Person search for quick filtering
- Filter icon to display all filters (role, area, date, etc.)
- Download icon for CSV export
Depending on which tab is active, the table below changes and displays different types of attendance data.
2. Overview of the four views
The attendance page consists of four specialized views. Each is explained in detail in its own article. Here is a brief orientation:
2.1 Times – Detailed Time Recording
Shows individual attendance entries such as check-in, check-out, and breaks.

2.2 Attendance (Current) – Live Overview
Shows who is currently present or absent—including status groups.

2.3 Attendance (Month) – Day-Based Overview
Shows per day whether a person was present. A compact monthly overview.

2.4 Timeline – Chronological Events
Shows all attendance events in chronological order.

3. Filter functions and CSV export
3.1 Using filters
Via the filter icon, different criteria can be displayed depending on the view, such as:
- Person
- Area / Object
- Roles
- Date or time range
- Status
All filters immediately affect the currently displayed table.
3.2 CSV export
With the download icon, you can export the currently displayed data as a CSV file. All active filters are applied to the export.
