Guide for Security Services
This guide is for security personnel in community shelters who monitor resident attendance.
Guard View
The Guard View is optimized for stationary screens at entrances. It shows:
- Left (2/3) — The most recently scanned person with profile picture, name, and status (check-in/check-out)
- Right (1/3) — Chronological list of recent scan events
Evacuation List
In an emergency, the Evacuation List shows all currently present persons:
Opening the Evacuation List
- Via Guard View — Red "Evacuation List" button in the header bar
- Via Attendance List — Red "Evacuation List" button in the page header
Included Information

| Personnel number | Unique identifier |

| Custom fields | e.g., Room, Floor, Building |
The list can be downloaded as PDF or printed directly.
Attendance List (Live)
The Attendance List (Live) provides a complete overview:
- Current tab — Live status of all residents with real-time updates
- History tab — Monthly overview matrix of all attendance records
- Dashboard tiles — Number of present persons at a glance
Filtering by Site
If the security service covers multiple shelters:
- Open the filter bar
- Select the desired property (= shelter)
- The view shows only residents of that site
Permissions
The following permissions are needed for security services:
