# Offers

Manage your offers here. Filter by status, search by customer or series number, and create or edit offers.

### Status Tabs

Filter the offer list by status to quickly find the entries you need.

### Actions Menu

Use the actions menu to edit, view, copy, download as PDF, or delete an offer.

### Create Offer

Click the create button to start a new offer. In the form, select the customer, add articles as line items, and set the dates and series number.

## Filter & Search

| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | Filter by offer status |
| Series | Filter by series number |
| Customer | Filter by customer name |
| Date range | Filter by start and end date |

## Good to Know

- You can copy an offer into an invoice or order confirmation — the data is transferred automatically.

## Permissions

To use this page, you need the **View documents** permission.
Contact your administrator if you do not have access.
