# Incident Report Details

The incident report detail view shows you all information about a recorded incident report — description, photos, checkpoint, timestamp, and location. From here, you can export the incident report as a PDF or forward it by email.

This feature is exclusively available in the mobile app. In the web portal, you can find incident report details under Data & Reports.

## Features at a Glance

### Detail Information

The view shows:

- Description of the incident report
- Recording date and time
- Assigned checkpoint (if applicable)
- Photo gallery with all captured images
- Recording employee

### PDF Export

Using the export button, you create a PDF file of the incident report. The PDF contains all details, the company logo, and the captured photos.

### Email Sending

Using the email function, you can forward the incident report directly to a recipient. In the sending form, you can:

- Select a recipient (from the customer list or enter manually)
- Customize subject and message text
- Attach photos
