Perform Route
In the "Route" tab, you see your upcoming routes in a calendar view. Select a route to start it and work through the associated checkpoints.
This feature is exclusively available in the mobile app. In the web portal, you can plan and analyze routes — performing them is done through the app.
Features at a Glance
Calendar View
The Route tab shows you a day-based agenda of all planned routes. You can see the status of each route:

| Open | Route is still pending |
| In Progress | Route has been started |
| Completed | All required checkpoints have been scanned |
| Expired | Time window has expired without all checkpoints being scanned |
Scanning Checkpoints
During an active route, you scan the checkpoints via NFC tag or QR code. For each scanned checkpoint, the timestamp and optionally the GPS location are recorded.
You can also take photos as evidence — these are saved together with the scan result.
Checkpoint List
Through the detail view, you can see all checkpoints of the current route with timestamps and scan status. This helps you keep track of which checkpoints have already been scanned.
Good to Know
Routes also work offline. Scan results are stored locally and automatically synchronized as soon as a connection is available. If a planned route was deleted on the server in the meantime, a free route is automatically created so that no data is lost.
Permissions
To perform routes, you need the Perform routes permission. Contact your administrator if you do not have access.
