Shift Overview

The shift overview shows you all shifts and attendance logs of the current property. You can access this view through the Admin tab.

In the App

This feature is exclusively available in the mobile app. In the web portal, you can find shift logs under Time Tracking > Shift Log.

Features at a Glance​

Shift List​

All shifts of the current property are displayed chronologically. For each shift, you see:

  • Shift name and time window
  • Number of checked-in employees
  • Status (active, completed)

Historical View​

Browse through past days to view the shift history.

Note

Shift data is also available offline and is cached locally.

Permissions​

Permission

To use the shift overview, you need the View time tracking or View others' time tracking permission. Contact your administrator if you do not have access.
