Notifications (Property)
On this tab, you configure the notification settings for the selected property. You define which email recipients are notified and which notification types are active.
Features
Email Recipients
Add email addresses that should be notified about specific events at this property. When a property is created, the administrator's email address is automatically added.
Notification Types
Enable or disable individual notification types:
- Incident Reports — Notification for new incident reports
- Routes — Notification for new route logs
- Control Points — Notification for photo scans at control points
- Absence — Notification for missing check-ins (can optionally be restricted to a specific role)
Good to Know
Note
- When you enable route notifications for the first time, existing unsent logs are marked as "already sent" to avoid a flood of messages.
