Tasks (Property)
A property's tasks tab is the full "Tasks & Rounds" workspace, pre-filtered to this property. Here you see all tasks and round logs of the property in one combined view — without leaving the property page.
Navigation: Master Data → Properties → select a property → panel entry "Tasks" (group "Modules")
Features at a Glance
Views
Use the select field in the header to switch between the views:

Above all views sit the time filter tabs All / Overdue / Today / This week.
Edit Tasks Directly on the Property
Clicking a task opens the detail sidebar in place — you stay on the property page. In the sidebar, you edit status, checklist, comments, attachments, and assignment; completing a task with a mandatory photo also happens here.
New Task
The "New task" button creates a task that is automatically assigned to this property.
New Round
The "New round" button jumps straight into this property's round wizard — basic data → schedule → checkpoints → done.
Good to Know
:::tip Note
- The former standalone "Rounds" tab lives on as the "Setup" view in this tab. Old links are automatically redirected there.
- Across all properties, you find the same workspace in the main Tasks area — there with filters by type, property, and round in the left panel.
- The performed rounds appear in the list together with the tasks; the coverage view shows which checkpoint scans were planned and actually happened. :::
Permissions
:::info Permission This tab opens with any of the permissions View tasks, View rounds, View reports, or Edit properties — which views you see depends on your permission. Contact your administrator if you don't have access. :::
