What is the Evacuation List?
The evacuation list in LiteLog provides an immediate overview of all currently present persons during an emergency—such as a fire alarm. You can view the list, download it as a PDF, or print it instantly.
It is located in the Porter View and highlighted in red to ensure it can be found quickly in urgent situations.
How to Access the Evacuation List
Step-by-Step Guide
- Navigate to the “Attendance” section.
Switch to the Porter View.
In the top-right corner, click the red “Evacuation List” button.
It is intentionally highlighted to ensure high visibility in emergency scenarios.View the evacuation list:
You will immediately see all persons currently present in the object — including their names, roles, and status.Download PDF:
Click “Download PDF” to save a print-ready version of the evacuation list.Print directly:
You can also print the list immediately using your browser or system print function.
