A report is a short entry that documents an important event at a property.
It helps you record incidents, observations, or noteworthy situations quickly and share them with the responsible persons.
Typical examples
- Damage has been discovered
- A door is left open
- An unusual situation is observed
- An employee reports an important on-site observation
Reports make sure that everyone responsible is informed quickly – through
email notifications and push notifications.
Email notifications
Whenever a new report is created, LiteLog automatically sends an email to the address saved in the settings.
This keeps you informed even when you are not using the app.
Push notifications
LiteLog can also send push notifications to the appropriate devices. Tapping the notification opens the report directly inside the LiteLog app.
Who receives the push notification?
- Admins and Property Managers: Only users with these roles receive the notification.
Property Managers must be assigned to the specific property. - Only on active devices: Notifications are sent only to devices on which the user is currently logged in.
- Not sent to the originating device: The device that created the report does not receive the push notification to avoid duplicates.
