Manage Routes (App)
Route templates do not have to be maintained in the web portal: site managers can also create and manage them directly in the mobile app. You reach the management via More → Settings → Tasks → "Manage tasks".
Template List
The list shows all route templates of the property with search and paging. Each row carries:
- Rhythm label — daily, weekdays, weekend, on holidays, or custom
- Status badge — e.g. "Starts in …", "Last run in …", or "Change in …" when an edit only takes effect from a future date
Via a row's action menu you can edit, stop (immediately or from a date), reactivate, or delete the template.
Create a Route (4 Steps)
The creation wizard matches the wizard in the web portal:
- Basic data — name, instruction for the employees, internal note.
- Schedule — start date, time window with duration and frequency, recurrence pattern with weekdays.
- Checkpoints — pick the points, set the order, and mark individual points as mandatory (order binding).
- Save — the server validates the input; on schedule conflicts, the app offers to override the start date.
:::tip Note Creating a template requires an internet connection — when offline, the wizard shows a corresponding notice. :::
