Property Details

The property detail page brings together everything about a single property. Navigation sits in the left panel and is grouped into two sections: Modules (the property's functional features) and Tools (administration and analysis).

Navigation: Master Data → Properties → select a property

Header Area​

The header area shows the property name, the assigned customer, the address, and — if the property is archived — an archived badge. The back arrow takes you to the property list. The header area also offers:

  • Download QR code — the property QR code, e.g. for posting on site
  • Statistics badges — key figures for the property at a glance
  • Overview bar — a compact summary of the most important property data

At the top of the panel, a select field lets you switch directly to another property without returning to the list. Below it are the sections:

Modules

  • Time Tracking — attendance presets, check-in methods, kiosk management
  • Tasks — the "Tasks & Rounds" workspace, pre-filtered to this property; also contains the round setup (checkpoints and templates)
  • Incidents — enable and configure incident reporting

Tools

  • Service Record — service level analysis for this property
  • Documents — upload and manage property-related documents
  • Dispatch — automatic report delivery by email
  • Automation — rules that apply only to this property
  • Settings — master data, holidays, archiving

Which entries are visible depends on your permissions, your booked packages, and the features enabled per property.

Good to Know​

:::tip Note

  • When you open a property, you land in the "Time Tracking" section automatically.
  • The property master data (name, customer, address, geofence) is maintained in the map wizard — the settings display it and lead there via "Edit on map".
  • There is no longer a dedicated "Notifications" tab: notifications run through the Automation area (rules), and report delivery through the Dispatch tab. Old links to the former notifications tab are automatically redirected to "Dispatch". :::
