Route History

The history shows you all performed and planned routes together with the tasks in a calendar view. You can access it via More → Analysis → Tasks.

:::info In the App This feature is exclusively available in the mobile app. In the web portal, you find the route analysis in the Tasks & Routes workspace. :::

Features at a Glance​

Calendar View​

Select a date to see all tasks and routes for that day. Each route entry shows:

  • Name of the route (or "Free route")
  • Status (Pending, Running, Completed, Missed — "Missed" only appears after the time window has expired; night shifts stay "Pending" until the window ends)
  • Time window and number of scanned checkpoints

Using the filter icon in the header, you narrow the list down by property, kind (task/route), category, and priority; active filters are shown as a counter on the icon. You can also create a new task directly from the history.

Log Detail View​

Tap a route to open the full log:

  • Header with status, start/end, duration (ticking live for running routes), scanned checkpoints (actual/target), coverage, incident counter, runs, and person.
  • Map with the scan positions of the expanded run, a chronological connecting line between the scans, the property area, and all checkpoint positions.
  • Timeline per run (expandable) with all events: Started, checkpoint scans (with a tappable photo for photo fallbacks), Paused, Resumed, Aborted (with reason), Time exceeded, Completed — plus incidents with a jump into the incident detail.
  • Export of the log as PDF or CSV with a subsequent share dialog.

Acknowledge a Missed Route​

Missed or failed scheduled routes can be acknowledged right in the log (permission "Edit preset round settings"). Acknowledging documents that the incident was seen and stops running escalation notifications. Free routes cannot be acknowledged.

Correct Times (Free Routes)​

For free routes, you can correct the start and end time afterwards (permission "Edit preset round settings") — for example after a forgotten finish:

  • Mandatory justification (free text)
  • Correction limited to a deviation of at most 24 hours, up to 30 days back
  • Every change is logged in a change history with old/new time, person, and justification

Property Filter​

Through the property selection, you can switch between different locations to view their route history.

Permissions​

:::info Permission To view the route history, you need the View preset round settings permission. For acknowledging and for the time correction, you need Edit preset round settings. :::
