Route History
The route history shows you all performed and planned routes in a calendar view. You can access it through the Admin tab or from the route overview.
:::info In the App This feature is exclusively available in the mobile app. In the web portal, you can find the route analysis under Data & Reports. :::
Features at a Glance
Calendar View
Select a date to see all routes for that day. Each entry shows:
- Name of the route
- Status (Completed, Open, In Progress, Expired)
- Time window and number of scanned checkpoints
Detail View
Tap on a route to see the complete timeline — with all scan events, status changes, and any incident reports. From here, you can also create a PDF export of the route report.
Property Filter
Through the property selection, you can switch between different locations to view their route history.
Good to Know
:::tip Note The route history is also available offline. Historical data is cached locally. :::
Permissions
:::info Permission To view the route history, you need the View routes permission. Contact your administrator if you do not have access. :::
