Create Incident Report
In the "Incident Report" tab, you can document events and incident reports directly on site. Each incident report is recorded with a description, optional photos, checkpoint assignment, and GPS location.
:::info In the App This feature is exclusively available in the mobile app. In the web portal, you can view and analyze incident reports under "Incident Reports". :::

Incident Report Form
Fill in the following fields to create an incident report:

| Photos | Take up to 8 photos using the camera |
| Date/Time | Recorded automatically, can be adjusted |
Take Photos
Using the camera button, the multi-photo capture opens. You can take up to 8 photos in succession, delete individual photos in the preview, and then add them all together to the incident report.
Select Checkpoint
Through the checkpoint selection, you can assign the incident report to a specific checkpoint. The list shows all checkpoints of the current property and is searchable.
Location Check
Before submitting, the app checks your GPS location. If you are outside the property's geofencing area, the location status is documented accordingly.
Good to Know
:::tip Note Incident reports can also be recorded offline. The checkpoint list is loaded from the local database. Photos and incident report data are automatically synchronized as soon as a connection is available. Duplicate submissions are automatically detected and not saved again. :::
Permissions
:::info Permission To create incident reports, you need the Create incident reports permission. Contact your administrator if you do not have access. :::
