What is LiteLog for Cleaning & Facility Management?​

LiteLog is a location-based time tracking system via QR code for cleaning companies and facility management providers. Cleaning staff scan the QR code at the property upon arrival and departure — times, location and attendance are automatically documented.

Cleaning staff use the app to:

  • Start and end shifts via QR code
  • Create incident reports directly on site (e.g., defects, missing supplies)
  • Optionally: Complete patrols with tasks (for larger properties)

All data is automatically saved and available in the portal for evaluation.

How does LiteLog work in practice?​

The system is based on a simple workflow:

  1. Place QR code at the property — generate in the portal, print and display at the property entrance
  2. Cleaning staff scan upon arrival and departure — each scan is documented with timestamp and property reference
  3. Incident reports are created directly in the app — including photos, timestamp and GPS position
  4. Optional: Patrols for larger properties — checkpoints with tasks ensure all areas have been covered and tasks completed
  5. All data flows into the portal — for reports, exports and client access

Quality inspections & proof of service​

For contracts with quality measurement (e.g. to DIN EN 13549), LiteLog covers the complete chain:

  1. Visual inspection via form — After cleaning, the site manager fills in a digital checklist on the phone: rating, photo, note per area. Answers can score points; the result is a score. Create scoring forms in the form editor.
  2. Automatic reaction to deviations — If the score falls below the threshold defined in the template, an automation rule reacts: it notifies the site manager, creates a re-cleaning task straight from the inspection and escalates to management if nothing happens. The ready-made template "QC score below threshold → escalation" sets up this chain in a few clicks.
  3. Proof of service for the client — Inspections, re-cleanings and photos flow into an audit report per property and period that you export as a PDF or send automatically.
