Administration in the App

Via More → Settings you open the administration area of the LiteLog app. At the top you pick the property the settings apply to; below follow the sections Connect (NFC chips, QR codes, and beacons — see Manage Checkpoints), Settings, People, and Device. The entry only appears with the Edit properties permission; which sections are visible depends on further permissions. The app covers the most common administration tasks — the full configuration remains in the portal.

Create and Edit Employees

Under People → "Manage person" (the label follows your hierarchy configuration, default "Person") the person list opens. Tapping a person opens "Edit person" — change name, number, role, language, and property assignment, reset the password, and disconnect the access card. You create new persons via the plus icon: first choose the access medium (NFC card or QR code); the wizard offers "Create person" — the form asks for name, number, role, username, password, language, and the properties. This requires the Create employees or Edit employees permission; the full management is available in the portal under Employees.

Toggle Property Features

Under Settings you toggle the property features per category — Tasks, Attendance, Reports, Documents, and Material: the "Feature enabled" switch shows or hides the respective area for the property. For Attendance you additionally set the View (Worktime or Check-in), the Location verification (None, Geofencing, Beacon), and "Require time tracking". Detailed time and pause configuration as well as QR/NFC options are available in the portal — see Property Details.

Check-in & Check-out Methods per Property

From the attendance settings, "Check-in & check-out methods" leads to the method selection: you toggle check-in methods and check-out methods separately (In the app, QR code (static), NFC tag, Kiosk (QR)) or choose "Check-out same as check-in"; in addition, check-in and check-out exceptions can be allowed. Upload Document

You upload property documents via the More tab: in the Documents section, "Show all" opens the document list; the upload icon in the header starts "Upload document" — scan a document, open the album, or pick a file, assign a title, and choose the visibility ("Only this property" or "All properties"). This requires the Create documents permission; details on viewing under Document Viewer.

Restrict Device to a Property

In the Device section, "Restrict device to this property" limits the current smartphone to the active property — other properties are hidden on the device. "Release device for all properties again" lifts the restriction; alternatively, an administrator sets the device back to "All properties" in the portal under Devices. This requires View devices and Edit devices.
