On this page you choose your LiteLog plan. You reach it via License & Billing → Choose plan.
Features at a Glance
Three flat prices, one limit
The price depends only on the number of your employees. Sites, buildings, rooms, checkpoints, devices and kiosks are unlimited in every plan. There are no seats and no additional seats any more: every plan has a flat price and an employee limit.

All prices net plus VAT. With yearly billing two months are free (the yearly price equals ten monthly prices). Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly, yearly plans at the end of the year.
Who counts as an employee
Every created, non-archived employee account counts — your own staff and contractors with their own account alike, administrators included. Customer logins never count. Contractors who only clock in via web check-in need no account and therefore do not count.
Anyone who stops working for a while is archived in the employee area and no longer counts; on reactivation everything is back.
You can see the usage at any time on the Plan page in the line "Employees: X of Y". When you create the employee that exceeds the limit, the portal suggests the next plan. You switch with one click, pro rata from that day. Above 150 employees we prepare a custom quote — use the Get in touch button on the Custom card.
What is included?
In every plan, including Basis: time tracking with timesheets and payroll export (CSV, Excel), attendance via NFC, QR code, GPS zone or web check-in without an app, patrols and checkpoints, guard tour system and digital logbook, room tasks and checklists, reports with photo, proof of service as PDF, alarm on missed patrols via push and e-mail, mobile app with offline mode, kiosk mode, your own logo on reports (white label), KPI dashboards, employee management with roles, 15 languages.

E-mail and WhatsApp support are included in all plans. Custom adds: your own DPA, hosting as required (dedicated instance or on-premise), a contractually guaranteed SLA, the requirements of your IT audit, on-site support and training.
Grandfathering for existing customers
Accounts created before the switch to the flat-price model continue on the previous seat model: same price, same seats, same feature scope. You do not need to do anything. If you want to switch to a flat-price plan, write to info@litelog.de — we migrate your account.
Add-on products
Below the table the group "Bookable features" lists the add-on products you can book and cancel monthly — each with the current monthly price from the price catalog:
- WhatsApp channel — €15 per month: time tracking and patrol scans via WhatsApp without an app; the Telegram channel stays included everywhere.
- SMS & calls — €19 per month: alarms, check-in reminders and notifications to employees without an app; activated by LiteLog after purchase. Included in Profi.
- Compliance — €49 per month: the audit-proof audit trail in line with ALCOA+ and 21 CFR Part 11 plus the digital signature. Included in Profi.
- AI budget — €20 per month: raises the included AI budget for report classification and voice-memo transcription from €5 to €20.
Lone worker protection is included from Betrieb and not bookable separately below that.
Completing the purchase
Clicking Select opens the "Configure your package" dialog, where you add bookable features. Go to checkout takes you to the secure Stripe checkout. After successful payment you see a confirmation page with links to the dashboard and the license overview. If you cancel the purchase, you return to the plan selection — nothing is charged.
Good to Know
:::tip Note
- You can try LiteLog free for 14 days — with the scope of the Profi plan and up to 150 employees; afterwards Basis applies unless you choose a plan. Nothing is charged without a purchase.
- The price catalog in the portal is always authoritative for billing. Plan selection and lock notices always show the current value.
- If you create more employees than your plan allows, the notice names the next plan and its limit ("Your Basis plan allows up to 15 employees. The next plan Betrieb allows up to 50."). You trigger the switch on the Plan page.
- Self-service setup is free (training video, help centre, assistant in the portal). Setup via Teams or on site as well as NFC tags and cards are offered separately. :::
