On this page you choose your LiteLog plan. You reach it via License & Billing → Choose plan.
Features at a Glance
Plan and billing
Three plans are available, tiered by the number of concurrently active users:
- Starter — up to 5 users
- Standard — 6 to 15 users
- Premium — 16 to 30 users
What counts is who is currently signed in; archived users and customer accounts do not count. For teams with more than 30 people, we are happy to create a custom quote — use the Request quote button for that. Choose monthly or yearly billing (yearly saves you up to 13%).
What is included?
The base package is included in every plan — including time tracking (NFC, QR, GPS, manual), guard tours and checkpoints, digital logbook, tasks, mobile app with offline mode, kiosk mode, customer management with customer portal, basic reports with PDF/CSV export, KPI dashboards, form builder, and 14 languages. The larger plans unlock additional features:

Email and WhatsApp support are included in all plans. Employee accounts are generous: you can create up to 10 times the number of booked user seats.
Add-ons
Book add-on packages independently of the plan tier — e.g. AI features (incident classification and voice memo transcription with a monthly AI budget), SMS & calls (alerting via SMS and voice call), or white label (already included in the Premium plan). The AI assistant Hannah (telephony and chat) is booked separately via Empfango.
Complete the purchase
Clicking Select opens the "Configure package" dialog, where you can add add-ons. Checkout takes you to the secure Stripe checkout. After a successful payment, you see a confirmation page with links to the dashboard and the license overview. If you cancel the purchase, you return to the plan selection — nothing is charged.
Good to Know

- You can try LiteLog free for 14 days; with monthly billing, plans can be canceled monthly.
- If you already have an active subscription, you are directed to the Stripe customer portal instead of the plan selection — plan changes happen there. :::
