The evacuation list shows all currently present persons at a property. It is optimized for emergency situations and can be downloaded as a PDF or printed directly.

Opening
The evacuation list is opened via the red "Evacuation list" button in the page header of the Attendance List (Live).
The list opens as a full-screen view on top of the attendance page.
Property Selection
| Situation | Behavior |
|---|---|
| The account has only one property | The property is selected automatically, no filter is shown |
| The account has multiple properties | The property filter is displayed, a selection is required before display |
| A property is already filtered on the live page | That property is carried over |
Displayed Data
The table shows all persons with the status "present" at the selected property:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Employee | Name, profile photo, personnel number, role, date of birth |
| Custom fields | All custom fields stored for the present persons (dynamic columns) |
The list is paginated (10 entries per page).
PDF Export
Via the buttons in the header area of the list:

| Opens the browser print dialog with the PDF preview | |
| Download PDF | Downloads the current list as a PDF file |
The export is only possible if at least one entry exists.
