What is LiteLog for Hotels?
LiteLog is a central operations platform for hotels. Patrols, tasks, incident reports, housekeeping status and internal knowledge are digitally recorded, assigned and documented with full traceability. The solution works without PMS integration and can be introduced step by step during ongoing operations.
Staff use the app to:
- Run patrols (night shift, security, engineering — via NFC or QR code)
- Complete tasks and checklists (housekeeping, maintenance, shift handover)
- Optionally: Create incident reports (defects, repair needs, guest complaints)
- Optionally: Track working hours (via QR code or kiosk terminal)
All data is automatically saved and available in the portal for evaluation.
How does LiteLog work in hotel operations?
The system is based on a simple workflow:
- Create the hotel as a location — define departments (floors, functional areas, engineering)
- Install checkpoints — NFC tags or QR codes at technical rooms, emergency exits, outdoor areas
- Staff receive tasks and patrols in the app — room cleaning, control rounds, maintenance orders
- Incident reports are created directly in the app — including photos, priority and assignment to the responsible department
- All data flows into the portal — daily overview, shift handover, reports and escalation
