Shift Log — Table View

The shift log (area Attendance, second menu item — labeled "Shift" by default; the label follows your hierarchy alias, e.g. "Preset" or "Units") shows all shifts generated from your presets. Each row is a single shift with time span, property, number of check-ins, and current state. The rows are color-coded by phase (see Terminology).

What Is This View For?

This view is the cross-property evaluation of all planned shifts: at a glance you can see which shifts are staffed, understaffed, or still running — for control, evidence, and quickly finding gaps. It answers questions like "Which shifts were understaffed yesterday?". You open a single shift in detail via the full view; to plan/create shifts, use the Shift Planner (menu item Attendance → Planning, also reachable via the "Planning" button in the top right).

:::info Prerequisite You need View time tracking to open this page. For manual check-in: Create time tracking. For export: Export time tracking. :::
