Features
Property Information (Master Data)
Name and assigned customer are displayed here. The master data is edited centrally in the map wizard: the "Edit on map" button opens the wizard with the property's data pre-filled.
Address & Geofencing
The address line shows the current property address; "Edit address" also leads to the map wizard, where you adjust the address and location area (geofence). Only European addresses are supported.
In the expandable Geofencing section, you control the location lock per feature — i.e. whether time tracking, rounds, or incidents are only possible within the drawn property area. The "Edit area on map" link opens the map wizard to redraw the area.
Holidays & Special Days
Manage holidays and special days in a table with a year filter. These days are taken into account when scheduling rounds and shifts.
Proof-of-Life
Lone worker protection for spontaneous shifts at this property: employees must check back in at defined intervals, otherwise an escalation is triggered. This section only appears if the feature is enabled for your account.
Danger Zone: Archive Property
At the very bottom, you can archive or restore the property. When archiving, future rounds are ended automatically.
Good to Know
:::tip Note
- Property master data (name, customer, address, geofence) is always maintained in the map wizard — this tab only displays it and links to the editor.
- When a property is archived, rounds that have not yet started are deleted and running rounds are ended on the day before archiving.
- Archiving can take effect no earlier than the next day (not retroactively).
- For German locations with a federal state, holidays for 3 years are automatically created on creation.
- The country code is detected automatically from the entered country name — even if it is entered in one of the 14 supported languages. :::
