Guard View
The guard view is a full-screen drawer optimized for stationary display devices at entrances (gatehouse, reception, guard room). It shows the most recently scanned employee and a chronological history of the latest scans.
Opening
The guard view is opened via the "Last change" tile in the dashboard of the Attendance List (Live).
Layout
The drawer is divided into two areas:
Last Scan (Left, 2/3 Width)
Shows the most recently scanned person with:
- Profile photo and name
- Current attendance status (check-in/check-out)
Scan History (Right, 1/3 Width)
Chronological list of the latest scan events with employee details and timestamp.
Header Bar
The drawer's header bar contains:

| Evacuation list | Red button — opens the evacuation list for the currently filtered property |
Typical Use
The guard view is suitable for:
- Stationary tablets or monitors at entrances
- Guard rooms with a permanent attendance overview
- Reception areas where the last scan should be visible
The view works well as a permanent display on stationary devices at entrances.
