Digital Guard Book — Overview
Reports, rounds, activity, and delivery rules together form the digital guard book of LiteLog. It fully replaces the handwritten guard book and offers:
- Real-time logging — rounds, incidents, and shift handovers are documented live
- Cryptographically signed timestamps — every action receives a tamper-proof time and location stamp
- Multimedia documentation — photos, videos, and notes on occurrences directly from the app
- Automatic escalation — notifications and escalation chains via the rules in the Automation area
- Automated PDF reports — scheduled or ad hoc, with a corporate-design-compliant layout
- CSV export — for payroll and external systems
- Offline capability — entries are captured without an internet connection and synchronized automatically
- Audit compliance — all entries are documented completely, traceably, and audit-proof
